Lovely new toy for the boy-racers. Speed limit?

Still 40kph when I was there but probably 60-80 now its finished. The mystery is the roundabout which doesn't go anywhere and there is a wall which spoils the view of the sea unless you are in a Range Rover.

Eyes on the road! I assumed the roundabout would join up with a new inland road one day. Proper planning - or maybe not.
Prefect   [Nov 17, 2015 at 05:35 PM]
Good drivers do not have tunnel vision. The view was always the main attraction of this road.

What have good drivers got to do with it? Maybe the roundabout is there to slow them down a bit.
Prefect   [Nov 18, 2015 at 07:45 AM]
Maybe. An explanation I have seen somewhere is that its to allow you to change your mind and do a U turn!

Eminently reasonable.
