The building in question is in the middle of the shot and I took the picture from down the road going away from the building at about 7:30.

fifla1973 - thanks for that. You're right, this was the NAAFI during my time in 1965/66. I don't remember the medical centre, although I don't recall ever needing it. So, in the photo, I wonder what was the small building to the right of the NAAFI?
