From Anthony Clover - Good heavens! This is a photo also of myself in which I am 4th from left standing amongst the Cubs. I think I was by then the pack's Sixer. It's mistakenly labelled. There were in fact no Scouts as such at the school There were only Sea Scouts (because of course it was the Royal Navy School) and Cubs (because you couldn't become a Sea Cub, as, unfortunately for the school, officialdom could not provide for these).
